Pros

-CEO seemingly competent and business savvy at first glance

Cons

-Alarmingly high client turnover rate resulting from over promising by CEO during the sales process without regard for what the team can actually produce -High employee turnover rate due to CEO wanting to "start over again" with new team about once a year -Expectations of employee output differ greatly after acceptance of an offer. Often not worth the very low salary an employee will be paid -Extremely poor communication from CEO. Many buzzwords used. No substantive message ever communicated. -Company in debt and CEO will treat employees as expensive burdens -CEO is a privileged individual with no real experience nor business successes -Not conducive to professional development -CEO lacks integrity, professionalism, and ethics -Listening and understanding is not CEO's strong suit

Pros

The one pro of working here is the people and network that I made at my time at PinkCilantro. I made some great friendships working here but unfortunately, this is one of the only pros and everyone has now left/been fired and moved on. We were allowed to work from home

Cons

-If you accept a job here you will be underpaid, have no benefits, and be undervalued by CEO and owner of the company. -CEO does not know how to manage a team - she fires and hires like it's her only job and is extremely manipulative and unknowledgeable about what she is selling to her clients -employee turnover rate is extremely high and most people don't last more than 6 months here -high client turnover rate, because CEO overpromises and can't deliver on many aspects of what she sells -CEO lacks professionalism, boundaries, and integrity -There is no consistency in working there. You will never feel secure with your job, the companies finances, or even what you'll be asked to do on a weekly basis -No one has a clear job description or understanding of what their workload is supposed to entail -CEO refuses to listen and take advice from previous well knowledgeable employees, as well as learn from her past mistakes
