No one in management has any right to be in the positions that they are in. You are entirely welcome on your own and they only train you on how to like the product yourself and inside sales will do everything possible to steal your deals. Secondly everything you do even though you’re not trained on how to do things properly is your fault. The lead generation team gets paid by if you demo the deal or not, which sounds great on paper but they will be mad at you if you say no-demo on any deal. A direct quote from someone in the organization “ It’s a demo even if you wave your hand out the window” which means you will be running around driving hours on end to get to a customers house that is not a good lead in the first place. If you say something about it you’re wrong. Everything you will be told from day one is more than likely a 100% lie. They get you in, pay you $600 for two weeks of training have you work for a month not pay you and mess with you or ignore you until you quit and then inside sales gets all your deals. It’s a scam bottom line.
