Want everyone to work a 10 hr day every shift! They don't tell you about the hours until you are in the field. They don't respect breaks or labor laws regarding lunch and breaks. Had multiple days where I did not have a lunch until 8 hrs into the shift. Cars with no ac or heat. Sometimes they asked for me to take my own personal car! Time limits regardless of house size. Was expected to clean houses with 5+ bathrooms. They will randomly pop in on you and waste your time there. Constantly calling to harass you while sticking to strick time limits. Abusive customers. Doesn't allow you to pick up your check half of the time as they all leave in the office at 6 and you might not get back till as late as 8pm. Don't work here they are basically slave drivers.
