Good pay, lots of compensations, not too much heavy lifting. Just be prepared to move a lot. Its busy work but the people are great.

Only real issue I found has been the bureaucracy. Also if you work night shift you won't see a lot of the sun.

Management does not care about you. They will throw you away when there is a problem, I was being bullied by a employee I worked with during work hours, and the management told me its petty and this is not a PINK CHERRY issue, when it was happening on work hours.
