      Pros

      I have been working for Pinnacle Advertising for a couple of weeks now and would like to say how much I appreciate my experience with them. As someone with a sight impairment, finding a job can be tough. From the outset, my team and mentors are supportive, and friendly and encourage me to get in touch on the social side.

      Cons

      The working environment is cold and dark in a British winter. However, that is not the fault of Pinnacle. We still have fun and I appreciate all the people I am working with.

      Great work environment/culture Business casual attire, emphasis on the casual Ability to grow in many areas since this is a full service agency

      Little to no interaction with the higher ups Low pay in comparison to workload No bonuses/pay raises unless promoted
