I have been given many great opportunities for learning and growth, I’ve had a tremendous amount of professional development, have never been micromanaged, have been allowed to make mistakes, and have always been cared about as an employee. I’ve always had opportunities for promotions and have always felt recognized when doing a great job.

I truly don’t have much negative to say it but old feel inauthentic to over generalize anything negative about this company.

-Lack of transparency from leadership regarding expectations and policies -Limited openness to clinical perspectives that differ from administration -No structured feedback or performance improvement process prior to termination -Inconsistent communication around policy enforcement -Workplace culture may discourage open dialogue or professional disagreement -Termination decisions may occur without clear explanation of policy violations or opportunity for corrective action
