The work environment in head office is extremely toxic, unprofessional and breaches many of the Fair Work legislations. The work place bullying is disgraceful and is driven by higher management. Staff are overworked with no compensation, it is a racist culture that feeds on a pack mentality. I was bullied at this company where I was overworked and overloaded with tasks, given unrealistic deadlines that would constantly changed without warning. I was verbally and emotionally abused, belittled and humiliated in front of co-workers.
