Quite a lot of the staff are nice, they are why I stay as long as I did. The staff can make the environment light hearted and relax.

Management does not care about the staff at all. Directors and performance managers do not know what they are doing but still overwork and belittle the staff that do. I have been over worked, the company is constantly short staffed and never plans to hire enough people for the work load. You don't get paid for over time. Don't expect to be promoted unless you're related to management in some way. Company rarely rewards the staff, if at all. You can be a permanent member of staff and still be fired on the spot for barely any reason. If they don't like you, don't expect to be safe in your job. They underpay the staff. You may be promised a salary, but don't expect that to be met. Expect to stay on probation for a very long time. Even after you move from temporary to permanent, you will be on another 6 month probation.
