      Great comradery and teamwork with coworkers. It seems like most there want to see each other succeed. Okay pay and PTO with decent benefits

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the higher ups don't share the same sentiments of group success because they gossip, are immature, and encourage a culture of corporate brownnosing rather than teambuilding.

      Pros

      Solid consulting exposure and hands-on learning in CQV/CSV/quality support. Variety of projects builds confidence quickly. Good environment for people who are motivated and want to grow. Opportunity to work with well-known pharmaceutical clients.

      Cons

      Consulting can mean shifting priorities and changing scopes. Communication can sometimes be delayed when multiple stakeholders are involved.
