none, they are scaling back remote/hybrid to full onsite
Cons
Staff are bullies and will talk down about others. There is no formal complaint process to report it and HR will protect the bully at all costs because said bully wins contracts. They are willing to lose people over funds.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience here. We care about our employees and prioritize their well-being. That's why we conduct annual training sessions on workplace bullying and have a formal non-harassment policy, which outlines the complaint procedure. We have an open-door policy and would invite you to share your experience with any senior manager to evaluate solutions to continuously improve our employee experience.
Solid technical staff, no slouches, most staff are very professional and some good teammates. Project work was consistent and sometimes interesting. Technical staff generally help each other out and have a common goal to get things done. Some training opportunities for technical staff. Reasonable work/life balance for consulting. High confidence in job retention during turbulent times. Outgoing CEO/founder was great.
Cons
Benefits aren’t great, pay is lower than industry standard (practically no bonus program). Project work was often redundant with minimal effort to expand outside of company’s comfort zone. Problematic employees aren’t addressed properly! Upward mobility is very limited and there was an increase in employee turnover as a result of it. CEO is exiting and woman owned business designation going with her. Current leadership seem to have a “yes man” approach, seemingly no interest in outside opinions or value added that way.
