Heavy workload, giving 10-12 projects that needs to be handled simultaneously 5. No work appreciation or incentives 6. No work ethics 7. Hierarchical dirty politics 8. No basic respect for employees, mentally exhausting 9. Increment is very low; not paying much wrt work
