An established company with a long history.
Cons
The work environment was unstructured and very negative. Most employees have worked for the company for 5-10 years which I thought was a good sign but I was wrong. Co-workers had personal conflicts and poor work habits from being 'too comfortable' in their roles that carried over into the an unproductive work place.
