Pay is too low, but they are working on it. Total compensation package is very good.

Smart people. Interesting work. Good benefits. Cooperatively owned. Has a DEI group and commitment. Generous 401K contributions from employer. Many remote jobs. Flexibility. It seems like the company genuinely cares about its employees, contractors and clients.

Kind of has a cheerleadery atmosphere. Seldom interacting with colleagues IRL can be a drag, but overall remote work option is a bonus. We work hard--which actually isn;t a bad thing, but this is is not a place for people who want to coast along. Management can be out of touch with the people actually producing work. Not a lot of growth opportunities.
