      Huge selection of empty desks/cubes. Very, very lean.

      Cons

      Mislead leadership. Doesn't know what he is looking for to create his team. Arrogant, but very insecure. A very large empty floor causes you to sound like you are in an empty warehouse calling on clients. Which really is the case, fyi.

      Pros

      Working with Vince & Patrick in my job search was nothing but top shelf. They treated me and the client with respect from start to finish. No pressure to take a role that wasn't a good fit or make a decision in an uncomfortable timeline. Truly felt like they were in it to find the best fit, not just make a buck.
