The company has build its reputation and it is pretty popular so it is an advantage to your cv.

The hiring process was flawed. Most of the hiring happened through referrals even if the person wasn't qualified. A lot of people used to cheat and it was very evident in the proctoring but they were still given a second chance and my manager used to teach them on how to give the test and not get caught in the camera. Due to this hiring of incapable and incompetent employees, there used to be large number of attrition and hence ultimately non productive.
