      Pros

      no pros . already code was made just copy paste and very bad codding standards. Sales people decide code and logic

      Cons

      Most good people who are from IIT have already left and they have very poor acceptance by joiners. Also Most engineers are from non Cs background. Customers have filled RBI complaint for wrong CBIL score and policy lapse issues

      Pros

      The company has build its reputation and it is pretty popular so it is an advantage to your cv.

      Cons

      The hiring process was flawed. Most of the hiring happened through referrals even if the person wasn't qualified. A lot of people used to cheat and it was very evident in the proctoring but they were still given a second chance and my manager used to teach them on how to give the test and not get caught in the camera. Due to this hiring of incapable and incompetent employees, there used to be large number of attrition and hence ultimately non productive.
