Pros
Lots of experienced and hardworking staff. Most peers are pleasant to work with. Office space is fun and attractive. Interesting and demanding projects to work on. Employees that follow procedures and put in the necessary hours will do well. Pay is average (but consider total time spent working).
Cons
Too much reporting up; too many internal meetings to report status of work, which demonstrates a lack of trust between upper management and staff. Difficult to utilize own style of work because management expects work to fit within a particular mold. Some long-term employees, but still much turnover. Company has been operating since mid-2000s, but is still finding its feet, particularly with structure of upper management. Quote from Oct 2, 2018 is correct: “Company moves faster than employees can produce quality work.”
