Pros

Sometimes you'll get free food.

Cons

-Work extremely long hours (Up to 85hr weeks, sometimes more) -On top of being payed the lowest wage in the industry, They pull any and every trick they can think of to avoid paying you overtime -The owner cares more about money and company image than he does about his employees. No wonder they hire a completely new team every year because nobody wants to stick around and work for that guy. If you suggest an idea, he'll shut you down. Even when he's wrong, he thinks he's right. Don't even try asking for a raise, he'll just ignore you. -No benefits. No opportunity for growth. -The only way they instill company loyalty is by making every sign a contract saying they will be.

Pros

Manipulative company that will make you feel like you are making a difference but in the end they will utilize you for their needs - please read other reviews, there is a common theme. If you liked to be bullied and squeezed for everything you have, then this is the place for you.

Cons

Manipulative, cheats the government for free labor, when your grant is up they will treat you poorly to make you quit. Poor pay, rude, incompetent management, no people skills, no true leadership skills, JUST AWFUL. Again, common theme with all previous employees. HIGH TURN OVER!! SUPER SHADY!!
