6yWe are a ten-person company in business for twenty years. We have been blessed over the years to employ many great people. This former employee was very friendly and nice to have around the office, but they oversold their abilities. We tried to help everyone succeed through developing a process to follow, and it may have come across micro-managed. But at some point, it makes sense for that person to find employment that better matches their abilities. This person is upset, and we're on the receiving end of their fury. They want to paint a horrible picture of the company in hopes to inflict as much damage as possible using their words. A person that is capable of writing hateful untruths must have issues that we can't begin to understand.
