Pros

The day you finally leave and move on to something much, much better.

Cons

If you enjoyed being micro-managed and treated like you’re a worthless human being who’s only existence is to be pummeled unmercifully by the CEO, then you may enjoy working here. If you love to play endless mind games and waking on egg shells around management because they may snap on you at a moments notice then this job may be for you. If you find comfort in a passive aggressive management style and thrive an an absolute toxic work environment, you found yourself a real winner. There’s nothing better then being severely under paid, over worked, and never acknowledged or thanked for doing a good job. Bottom line, this place will take literal years off of your life. Do yourself and your family a favor.... stay away!!!!

We are a ten-person company in business for twenty years. We have been blessed over the years to employ many great people. This former employee was very friendly and nice to have around the office, but they oversold their abilities. We tried to help everyone succeed through developing a process to follow, and it may have come across micro-managed. But at some point, it makes sense for that person to find employment that better matches their abilities. This person is upset, and we're on the receiving end of their fury. They want to paint a horrible picture of the company in hopes to inflict as much damage as possible using their words. A person that is capable of writing hateful untruths must have issues that we can't begin to understand.

Pros

This position has given me an excellent place to develop my career. The company invested in HubSpot, which is a great skill to have. HubSpot has a good training program. I create workflows to nurture the inbound leads. It's also fun to help to setup trade shows (many are small user groups). Other responsibilities include creating quarterly newsletters and press releases. I personally enjoy the company bowling parties and birthday celebrations. The company is into food celebrations around the holidays. For example, we all bring in food for the Thanksgiving breakfast and Cinco de mayo. Everyone got dressed up for our Halloween party!

Cons

You must juggle many projects at once. But a good way to learn how to multitask. You may not get timely performance reviews, but they give salary raises. I got one 6-months in.

Pros

Friendly coworkers, for the most part.

Cons

Problematic Management. New hires rarely lasted long unless they wanted to go above and beyond the provided pay and job description.
