      Lots of opportunities to learn if you apply yourself.

      Cons

      Upper management is detached from the day to day. Their way of dealing with issues is to ignore them. Ethics are rare - they say one thing to the clients and do another.

      The team is incredibly supportive, and the work environment is both dynamic and inclusive. Management truly values employee growth and well-being.

      May have a lot of long field hours, but it’s part of the job and you learn so much out in the field

      You will learn a lot, But must struggle on your own to do so.

      Cons

      2 particular senior staff; including the office manager, have absolutely zero people skills. They are strictly business, have no respect for junior staff, and think they are above everyone. Very high Egos, not friendly, No work life balance, cannot use Time in Lieu when desired.
