Pros
The best reason to work here is that as of now, the company is experiencing a large amount of growth each year. They have been giving out raises each year lately and are making an effort to provide some form of advancement for dock works to become truck drivers. This company also provides 100% paid health insurance which is unheard of at the current state of our economy.
Cons
The downside is that it's a crapy job. You work out in the freezing cold all winter, including -32 degree wind chills without any heaters going to warm you up, and in the heat in summer. Not only that, but if your a good worker, your expected to do more than others because your not useless as others are. Which is true at any work place.
