Pros

The company just moved into its new corporate headquarters in 2017. Management works to help you succeed and genuinely cares about the employees. Everyone is close knit. There is serious earning potential here as long as you put in the work, know how to sell and close, and let the system work for you. I absolutely love this company and I enjoy coming to work everyday.

Cons

The health insurance that the company offers is a bit expensive, but they are working on it.

Pros

Great to their Employees!! After Time some jobs are remote, and 75% of the management team are empathetic, and kind. If a salesman works hard they can earn a 6 digit income within a couple years. If you are new , they will give you every opportunity to stay as long as you put out the efforts.

Cons

Training, and being new you must have r business knowledge.

Pros

Well, let's see... The coffee is free. Occasionally someone brings in donuts. Most of the sales staff are pretty fun people.

Cons

Wow where to start. The general manager is a formerly disbarred attourney (I highly reccomend looking into why) who is devoid of business acumen. The sales managers are also sales people so you get to compete with your bosses every day. On the off chance you actually sell something the odds that you can get the material shipped to them on time is slim to none. The crm system is right out of 1982, it has so many redundancies and bugs in it that you spend the bulk of your time entering information in five different ways only to find out that the newest update negates all your effort on that front. The base salary is hardly worth getting up in the morning and people spend YEARS trying to get a deal that pays any commission. The list of prospects they are so proud of is total nonsense. They have mandatory sales meetings every day in which the shipping people tell you they still have no truck for you and the manufacturing people tell you they still haven't made your pipe or the purchasing people tell you they won't have your material located. Then someone gets berated and the sales managers gloat for a minute (it's really motivating).
