      Pretty good department, pretty good atmosphere, bos needs to retire

      Cons

      County insurance is pricey and not that great, no room to grow in dept due to financial strains and bos not given first priority to a certain dept catering to volunteers. Need a higher base salary to live in this inflation time

      Pros

      I can’t really think of any pros other than they do pay a salary and they do have benefits.

      Cons

      The Administration to include finance, HR and all the other departments lack leadership and experience. Technology is behind the times and County government does not have the vision or finances to grow.
