Worst Job Ever - Team Member/Researcher Pivot 2020 Employee Review

good pay and flexibility in the work from home. most of the team was amazing.

entire management team was actively perpetuating some exclusion, tokenism, and manipulation of some members of the staff, including BIPOC, queer, and neurodivergent staff members. discredited staff organizing efforts. just a huge mess where they clearly were forced to think about antiracism but did not do anything about it.

work was online, remote, full-time/contract (3 months) employment during covid.

research assignment was poorly thought out. Project was unethical and coworkers wrote multiple letters to head leadership to address the issue- overall was extremely poorly handled. Was expected to be on zoom full time- unproductive and exhausting. Waste of gov. funding and everyones time.
