VP, People Response: Thank you for sharing your concerns. Over the past year, we’ve grown quite a bit, and there have arguably been growing pains with that expansion that we are actively addressing with systems improvements and process changes. Accompanying those growing pains, the leadership team has sought opportunities to share the vision and structure for the organization to ensure our team is set up for success. These updates, as well as acknowledgements for our achievements, are shared frequently, including during monthly company meetings and our quarterly retreats. Knowing there is always room to improve communication and messaging, we are always open to hearing specific suggestions for how we can communicate this better. This could be anonymously through our Google Form Suggestion Box, or if you’re up for a meeting with me or another leader, that could be an option too. Feedback is fuel for us to improve, and we hope to hear your idea(s) soon.
