The word flexibility in recruitment can be used very loosely in my experience and when it actually comes down to it, it's the furthest thing from it. Pivot Search provides a flexible platform for all employees, whilst still providing the full level of support around the clock. All the top end tools are provided to all employees from an iPhone to a full LinkedIn recruiter license, meaning employees have everything they need to crack on - and let their results do the talking! With a totally opposite approach to any recruitment firm, I am aware of, Pivot Search is not a micro-managed environment, and employees are given full autonomy of their weeks. The culture is great, even in weeks where we haven't been in the office we all keep in touch on Slack and have regular video conferences.
