Turnover was quite high for a small team.

The people: The PoP (People of Pivotus) is a main reason I want to come to work every day. It is so rewarding working with outstanding people and I like the focus on continued learning. It is also cool to see and experience the focus on personal and professional growth. The work life: I love the focus on continued learning and the daily 5 min "Sparks" - and the social events are fun. The idea: I really buy in to the idea of transforming customers' lives by making banking relevant and meaningful again. I love hearing and seeing how the service is impacting people 's lives. I want to see this at scale. The outlook: Collaborating with banks has allowed us to develop, test and learn alongside our partner banks and their customers - and gives me great confidence that what we are building will be successful.

Our need to deliver an enterprise product on time has forced us to become very focused and to hold us-self accountable. Some long hours at times. This is not for everyone. We sometimes run into the 'banking way of working' day to day. Benefits are ok but could be better.
