We are very well able to balance work and personal lives and be ourselves in the workplace. This is heavily promoted. We are also heavily empowered and encouraged to be autonomous in our roles which is nice.

Communication barriers such as time delays with a team based in the EU make for frustrations. US Management will often second guess themselves because even they are left in the dark with Europe team.

cool products that cater to different industries

not a great culture, a lot of turnover, cant decide what direction they want to go so tries to do it all. all decisions come from Switzerland so US market awareness is lacking.
