Very warm and welcoming. They have a lot of resources that we were able to use to help us during our time there.

Nothing really. Besides paying for lunch but the food was good.

- Department is allergic to accountability. - Unstructured organizational structure with ambiguous roles and responsibilities. - Very low salary. - No training, professional development, or upward mobility opportunities within Pixar or Disney. - Lack of clear policy and procedures. - Poor decision making and prioritization of issues. - Zero transparency from all leadership levels. - Low amount of opportunities to engage with studio events and community because of scheduling and shift duties. - If you come from a public safety or professional security background you will not enjoy working here long.
