Pros
Offices in Old Montreal are nice. This is a vertical company, they provide everything from production to post, to equipment rental.
Cons
Compensation and benefits are very low. Weird relationship between production and post. IT is heavily managed. They don't want you to use personal device for company purpose. From what I have seen, they have no regards for seniority. A lot of brain drain happened here.
