Pros
They've got a great culture with some of the most fantastic people I've ever met. Being one of the top animation studios in Minneapolis, the work you will work on is very high-profile.
Cons
Unfortunately you won't make much more than $25-30k a year here if you're just starting out, regardless of talent or skill level. The high earners here started their careers at other companies and came on later once they were more experienced. I understand they can't start fresh college grads out at $80k, but if they're working at Pixel Farm, they're worth far more than $25k.
