Pros
work life balance is OK, the office relies on organization. Salaries are fine ( and to be frank it's the only benefit I See here) and you can learn a thing or two from the people there. Some colleagues are really nice and great talents, some people are to be avoided due to their ties to higher management. A couple of project managers are actually nice. By a couple I mean 1/2
Cons
Micromanagement to its core, some projects not so great and I've seen colleagues terminated out of the blue. Not really caring about their people in this sense and favoritism is present here.
