Pros
very laid back culture, no process, no care
Cons
Everything I was told was by Pixo was a lie....I interviewed with Pixo and was told stories by their CEO of how much growth they've had and how much new business they were getting. I accepted the offer from Pixo, over another offer I had for more $ and with a much larger stale company. After joining Pixo, I learned that the stories were lies. They had lost significant money in 2016 and executives were unsure if the company would be around in the coming year. There were many fraudulent activities happening. Employees are scared - the culture has become dangerous - and people have no job security. Employees have no job security and are scared of being let go. I would not recommend joining this start up or trusting anything told from their executives.
