Pros

- Excellent technical work: Literally working on something that goes to space, and then have meaningful impact on life on Earth. The work is fast-paced, as expected at a startup, but that is also why it's never boring or monotonous. - Exceptional team to work with: People are hand-picked to do a certain task, and are usually very passionate about working in the company. It is a great bunch of group to have on your team. - Exciting Work Environment: The combination of the work, and the people, make the work environment very exciting. There are days when I look forward to working from the office, just to be around people doing incredible engineering. - Relaxed Work Culture: Deadlines are plenty, but an individual is given higher preference than the work they do, which is something rare to find in startups. One can work from home if they want, take as many leaves as per their convenience, and work at their own suitable time. All this, of course, as long as the work gets done well and on time. - Unmatchable Perks: ~ Central location, right in the heart of Indiranagar ~ Well managed, in-office Pantry ~ Health Insurance for you and your family, including OPD visit (soon to include dental too!) ~ Mental Health Partnership for 1-1 therapy session, fully sponsored by Pixxel ~ Free Cult and Fitternity membership for all full-time employees ~ 5 Day work week, relaxed leave and WFH policies. - Considerate Leadership: The management cadre is young, and thinks about the future while focusing on the present. They can relate with their young professional employees better while still respecting their seniors. They are thus more considerate towards everyone's issues and needs.

Cons

- As with any startup, days are never long enough and deadlines are plenty. But then again, that's half the fun of working in a startup. - No 24/7 Office Access. If you are more comfortable working late at night, you can't do it from the office. This will hopefully change soon. -Imposter Syndrome is a reality. Everyone in the team has done something notable to have a place at Pixxel. When you find yourself in such great company of people, there are times when your imposter symdrome kicks in.
