Pros
They were very flexible in terms of scheduling. If you are working it as a second job or while you're going to school, just let them know in advance and they will be accommodating with the schedule. It's also not a bad area for tips; probably much better than surrounding delivery areas.
Cons
Some people tend to be rubbed the wrong way by the manager, but if you work hard, show up when you're supposed to and do your job, you won't have any problems. Also, if you have scheduling needs, be firm on when you can and can't work, otherwise you might end up slowly working more and more if you only want part-time.
