You're taken advantage of. You're underpaid. You're discriminated against. You're lied to. You're expected to perform like a robot instead of being a real person with a real life. McDonald's crew makes more than Pizza Hut shift leaders. They don't pay drivers appropriate mileage with increase of gas prices and expect them to make up the difference while they're paid less than minimum wage on the road. The benefits are garbage. Upper management is threatening and abusive. Most stores refuse to install cameras for security. They constantly raise prices and discontinue deals without passing any increases to employees ever. Employees are discouraged from advertising deals and specials that would aid in customer retention. Employees are chastised for lack of sales as though they control the customers' dissatisfaction with prices and deals. Little to no incentive for above target performance. Overall a toxic company to work for. Beware.
