Pros
I get to drive in my car for half my shift and listen to music/ think about life. Can listen to earbuds while doing dough. Tips are great too.
Cons
As the delivery driver, if I'm not busy, I'm forced to do other people's work regardless if it's not in my job description. The job Is also very fast pace and can be difficult for people not used to keeping track of multiple things at once. About 2 months after I joined, PH no longer allows drivers to take cash home. It's now put on a dumb Branch card and if you work on weekends you will not have the money until Monday/Tuesday.
