      Pros

      They are very flexiable a nice friendly atmosphere to work in,the pay is decent if you are just looking for a job tips are nice if you serve.

      Cons

      It can be very hot in the store in the summer time as if there is no air period.

      You get free meals and pizza.

      Cons

      Extremely low hours and several work days where you get 4-6 hours of work as if driving there doesn't take 30+ minutes to and from. Feels like the more you do the less hours you get.
