Pros
Very easy to learn duties of position. Tips are generally fair. Reimbursement for gas. Flexible with work schedule. Good for those attending school seeking to make more than minimum wage (IF they are either a driver or server).
Cons
The work can get tedious/monotonous. Job used to be paid minimum wage for every hour. Now drivers only get minimum wage when they are not on the road, and somewhere between $4-5 when they are. During peak hours, it's easy to get overloaded and have to take 4-5 pizzas on the road at once. Some of these, consequently, will arrive late to the customer (so, it's good to have some good customer service skills). Reimbursement is supposed to cover gas and wear and tear, but really only covers gas. Expectations to work beyond the end of your shift.
