Pros

some of the coworkers were nice and I really enjoyed helping customers cause I personally enjoy customer service

Cons

Everything else, the owner is really rude to everyone he hires, he will constantly swear and belittle his coworkers, when I applied and did my interview he told me something that he tells everyone which is that he views hiring people as setting fire to money and to not f up the business for him. Pay is horrible at 8 dollars an hour to start and the hours starting out are at maximum 12 hours a week. Kept saying they wanted to train me to move forward and starting making pizzas and then never followed through on that and blamed me for not following through on that. Coworkers that were older and disgruntled it seemed like were also quite rude and almost never clean and constantly had the smell of tobacco. Overall just a miserable environment to work in and I dreaded coming to work

Pros

It's located close to university, so it's a convenient place for many college students to work.

Cons

The hourly pay was 11 dollars per hour when I worked there and I don't think it has changed. Management regularly yelled at their employees. They are not patient with new employees. They don't encourage asking questions. I always dreaded going to work because I was scared of being yelled at or scolded. They ask for high quality work at high speed. Not recommended work for perfectionists.
