Pros
+Making pizzas and learning to cook the menu items is satisfying. +Not a bad first job +The atmosphere can be fun and friendly +The food is amazing
Cons
-No PTO, sick or vacation time -No benefits -No 15 minute breaks (you do get a 30 min lunch one) -You get a discount but still have to pay for anything you get to eat from the store. -No scheduled leave time, it's very hard to plan around your shifts. -The store is open until 3 am so some nights you'll be there until 4-5 am.
