- Great Product and Product Team - World-class data science team, with many opportunities to learn (if proactive) - Location Attribution is one of the few areas within ad tech that still has room to grow. Most advertisers are just starting to add it into their mix, which leaves tons of room for the best players to flourish
Cons
- Little to zero culture - Senior Leadership is product-oriented, and was overwhelmed when it came to building and scaling the company. - CEO is a micro-manager and is too hands on. Much of the CEO's day is spent doing things that should be handled by the employees hired to be responsible. This was one of the most common topics of discussion during employee water cooler conversations. The CEO should never be a blocker when it comes to winning business.
