Pros and Cons of Placement International - Anonymous employee Placement International Employee Review

1. First of all, some management level and even CEO would comment some racist speech which is inappropriate when they want to state the team is diverse regarding nationality. 2. Secondly, employees would be ‘’strongly advised’’ to leave fake reviews in order to boost its brand awareness even with fake accounts to do so in Glassdoor and Google…etc 3.Regarding vacations/holidays, intern do not entitled with annual holidays which maybe make sense by law since I do not know other companies. However, in the company, people would work on public holidays and can take another days off instead. This might not be really a con but I am just stating the truth in this company before deciding to join them. (Maybe they listed it out in the contract but I did not read it thoroughly. 4. LASTLY! And most importantly! The manager of the team is okay and quite flexible regarding the way of managing. HOWEVER, some seniors in the company( in this case I am not stating the manager) they are bossy and toxic in some ways. For example, they would not take any responsibility when there is some fault happening. They were even trying to find ways to blame interns instead of solving the issues. Besides, after the time period, personally thinking that some of them are not even qualified with their positions due to the quality of work they did. Lack of efficiency and constant mistake was making the team worse. Overall, except some colleagues that I mentioned in Pros, this is just a JOB with 0 possibilities to progress in your career.
