      Pros

      - Management takes time to continually train and care about each individual team member’s progress and success - Huge promotional opportunities - Fantastic team culture - Pays great - Amazing software - Fully remote sales org

      Cons

      Honestly none come to mind right off the bat - but I guess it still being a start up could be a con to some who don’t like a fast paced or ever-changing environment?

      Pros

      - Fully Remote with High pay

      Cons

      - Almost all leadership left and they laid off a ton of reps. - Quota expectations are completely unrealistic. - Not enough AEs — their calendars are always full which makes it nearly impossible to hit your number. - Went through 3 vertical changes and 4 managers, had to restart my book of business every time. - Half the company got in through referrals so there's definitely an inner circle vibe.
