      Pros

      Working at PfP it does not matter about your gender, race, cultural background, ethnicity, sexual orientation or identity, The business genuinely respects you as an individual, and this means that you can just get on with the job you have been employed to do and not worry about pretending to be someone you are not.

      Cons

      With such a large organisation, it is sometimes difficult to keep up to date with who is doing what, as the person you might have been dealing with and built up a good professional relationship suddenly changes and this causes delays and challenges when dealing with complex issues.

      The staff are for the most part supportive of each other and friendly

      The upper management will not advocate for you or stand up for you. Also benefits got slashed in 2024
