      was a good work environment, fun at our location

      management choices, "restructuring", refusal to get with the times with benefits, and never giving actual raises for job performance, yearly "raises" were always below inflation rates...

      If you’re desperate it’s a steady paycheck

      -exploit your strengths -militant working conditions -12 hour shifts -senior management disconnect -no regard for staff safety -minimal advancement opportunities -work life balance is basically nonexistent
