Pros

LOTS of perks - amazing health insurance, free meals, cold brew on tap, trips, swag Great transparency Unlimited PTO Awesome events

Cons

Low level of diversity No room for growth (promotions and raises are rare) Employees who do not contribute value are not held responsible Team players are few and far between Go to market teams severely underpaid (engineers paid well) Variable compensation plans are used to incentive employees, but tend to have goals that are not possible Many young inexperienced managers High level of bias in hiring process (they will fly a candidate in for a final - 5th or 6th round sometimes - interview and have no problem rejecting the candidate

Pros

Emotionally intelligent coworkers, great perks, respectable leadership

Cons

Egregious expense abuse/weak oversight around spending. The money pumped into culture building and perks was a little much and it led to a baseline entitlement amongst employees, it was strange watching money flow so freely into nonessential spending. Call me old school. Also it was 2022 and layoffs were a threat so when the inevitable RIF happened it really felt like they prioritized the post grad entertainment budget over the salaries of hardworking employees.
