Verbal abuse is the constant. Whether its to employees or tenants. My first day, I watched as Anoop yelled at two of his accountants for 10 minutes. Anoop only knows how to run a company by yelling, threatening and instilling fear in his employees and tenants. Anoop will continually broadened your job scope and responsibilities! Without appropriate compensation. Working at Plan A will make you a liar because employees always have to cover and deal with unhappy tenants. Also did I mention they are have been under investigation for defrauding tenants and not returning security deposits SEVERAL times. In the last year, at-least 7 people have quit the company. If that doesn't say it all I dont know what does.
