Very disgusting organization - IT Recruiter Plan B Consulting Employee Review

Very unprofessional authority. I joined there in 2024 for only 2 days. The day i joined next to next day they told they need a lead and i didn't had lead experience. So i need to leave. Meanwhile they installed a software in my system on the very first day which was literally disgusting. Every single tab i open in my system they had authority to have a track. Although it was my personal system and not official one. They don't provide laptop also to work. Also, the main problem i faced the software they installed it detected my mac id and now for security reasons i am not able to use this system for any of my official work. Very bad infrastructure or no management at all.
