Some days you will get no break but be forced to write a break on your time sheet Outdated pay system, many many errors on my paychecks over the years On the job training, but management will set up a crew of people who have no experience doing a certain task and expect it to be done correctly, puts employees in very difficult situations. Does not care about employees safety at all, put in dangerous situations many times due to understaffing. No background checks for truck drivers, have almost crashed dozens of times because our driver had no experience in a truck and was given no training.
